Our Services

Arends Diversified Auctions is a full service, professional auction company that conducts both on-site sales and weekly estate/partial estate consignment auctions. New in 2001, our 6300 sq.ft. Facility is equipped with both heat and air conditioning so your auction can be held regardless of weather conditions. Our facility is located by two major highways (Hwy. 20 and Hwy. 63) in south Waterloo with hotels nearby for convenience for our out-of-state patrons.
